JMS WSD Extensions

Are both of these JMS WSDL Extensions functionally the same:

 -- http://cxf.apache.org/schemas/wsdl/jms   (CXF)

 -- http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/jms  (WSIF JMS Extension)

Or do they serve the same purpose?
