I am trying to configure customized interceptors for our endpoint which mimic
the behavior of loggingininterceptor and loggingoutinterceptor but will log
the message to a database. I have been able to configure the InInterceptor
successfully but the OutInterceptor is not getting picked up, can someone
tell me what am i doing wrong, here is the cxf.xml i am using
