Hi Guillaume,
cxf can run standalone so in this case no servlet-api is needed. To
access other services you only need the http transport. To offer you own
services you need the http-jetty transport.
You might want to take a look at the wsdl first example in the distro.
It has main classes with and without spring so it is quite near to what
you want.
