Honestly, I'm not sure it's possible. You MAY (I'm really not sure) be able to add a cxf.xml file to the classpath that defines the endpoint bean with createdFromAPI=true flag and have it configured with a AbstractServiceConfiguration subclass that returns false for the two isWrapped methods.
