Right now, CXF only uses text content of the documentation element for the
javadoc. For example, if you change:
<wsdl:documentation>
<summary>This service provides a way to notify SAS that a change has
occured.</summary>
</wsdl:documentation>
to just:
<wsdl:documentation>
This service provides a way to notify SAS that a change has occured.
</wsdl:documentation>
then the text would be output in the javadoc.
