Hi,
Definitely try with the latest CXF, you can use cxf 2.3.6 if you want
to stay with 2.3.x.
Several related issues were resolved after the version you use, such
as CXF-3504 and CXF-3505, I think the issue you encounter may already
get resolved.
If it's not this case, a testcase which we can reproduce the problem
would be more helpful.
