BTW, CXF also support the continuation API which provides by Servlet3.
If you are consider Tomcat7 and Jetty8, you need to take a look at it.

One reason I asked the question because I saw an old discussion of
yours on this user group around jetty 7. But I wasn't sure if there
was a resolution to that issue.
