The remote call makes it to the STS, which then asks for the decryption
password, then the password for the username attempting the login. Both of
these are returned correctly. The return message to the client appears to
be encrypted correctly as when it leaves the STS it has an EncryptedData
section in it, and the resulting message is decrypted on the client side.
Does anyone have any suggestions on where to start looking? I've been
looking at this for most of the day unfortunately.
