Sorry, I mean examples/talend/tsf folder has the -intro and -advanced
examples (they work with CXF, they're just Talend-maintained).
"examples/apache" folder has the CXF-maintained examples copied over.
Not sure about your specific problem, here's what I have about running
Eclipse debugger with CXF (at least with SOAP:

samples under its examples/tsf folder:

and -advanced would be good places to start, and they both provide WAR
deployment (on Tomcat) options.
