Not normal, no. We usually have Jenkins builds setup which catch anything very quick. However, a Jenkins "upgrade" this past weekend apparently went horribly wrong and most of our builds aren't working anymore. We have tickets filed with the Apache infra to get them fixed, but so far the builds are still not working properly. :-( Can you try again now?
