Instead of "moving it", is it acceptable to duplicate it, i.e., your
question is really how do I add a namespace prefix definition to the
SOAP header? The CXF framework should take care of that for you as soon
as you put an element in the soap header (via CXF interceptors or JAX-WS
handlers) requiring it.
