It could possibly be a CXF bug; I rarely see hyphens in URL strings and perhaps our parser isn't getting things right. As a control, would you somehow be able to test with a camelCase or other URL without hyphens and see if the very same issue occurs?

Tried this already.  No luck, here is how my endpoint looks when i do
http://is-test-app/myapp/services:

Endpoint address: http://is-test-/GetTestResult

As you can see instead of /is-test-app/myapp/  I have /is-test-/

Is there anything else I can try?  What is it that changes the application
context?
