You may be able to use the extraargs to specify an different output dir for each. Not really sure.
That said, this whole idea is quite "anit-maven conventions". With Maven, it really is about 1 pom -> 1 jar so there should be a separate pom for each of the jars you are trying to build. Trying to munge a bunch of jars into a single pom just really feels wrong to me. IMO.
