Hi, This should be fixed in the latest CXF SNAPSHOT code courtesy of Dan Kulp. The problem was caused by the fact that the WCF client is not sending a SOAPAction header. CXF was not handling this correctly and was returning an incorrect Action of "ValidateFinal".
