I think this should be working. Are you sure that your message is routed to the right cxf endpoint and this endpoint is available? If you are using an OSGi based scenario, you have to make sure that your scenario imports org.apache.camel.component.cxf so that camel-cxf's default-sei class can be loaded. regards, aki
