Thanks, in fact I've realized you can't see it working because it also
depends on some of the local modifications to the CXF
rs/extension/providers module, really my fault, sorry
I've got your test passing by setting cxf version to 2.7.3-SNAPSHOT and
updating the configuration by copying and pasting "arrayKeys" into
"primitiveArrayKeys" property, the former affect the output, the latter
- the input
