Thanks Dan, I saw that double body about an hour after I posted - I got side-tracked and forgot to update the thread. Sorry if I wasted your time with that but appreciate the response. This is being generated from Camel via camel-cxf component and a custom error handler. What I didn't catch was the different namespace - thanks.
