AsyncHTTPConduitFactory is optional, you don't need to put it into the war lib.
I don't think you need to put much efforts to noodle the jars if you are using 
maven to build the war file.

BTW, you can disable the JBoss web service module by adding this line into 
WEB-INF/jboss-deployment-structure.xml file.
