Unfortunately I don't have enough time to create this as it is not easy to isolate this part from our solution. NDA is also an issue.
Tried to add <sp:IncludeTimestamp> again at all possible places in the policy. I always get the same error. Somehow it must be possible to specify the need for a timestamp in the security header without a TransportBinding. Thanks for your help. I appreciate this very much.
