getParameters() removed from ContentDisposition

Hi,

Is there a particular reason why the method getParameters() was removed from 
the class, org.apache.cxf.jaxrs.ext.multipart.ContentDisposition staring from 
cxf-rt-frontend-jaxrs.jar 2.7.8. It is present till 2.7.7.
