Can Apache Cxf SOAP based web service can be consumed using other frameworks like Axis2?

Just a simple question. I was wondering if Apache Cxf SOAP based web
service can be consumed using other frameworks like Axis2?

If yes then can anyone give me pointer to a sample example.
