That JAXRSUtils.getCurrentMessage() returns null reference so that null cuz
a NullPointerException latter in code.
i'm using CXF 3.1.5 and tried it on Glassfish 4.1.1 and TomEE 7.0.63 on
Oracle JDK 1.8.0_66
