Hi
My best advice here is for you to spend as much time as you can to
understand what OAuth2 is and then review the CXF documentation. Then
type a "CXF OAuth2" in a Google search query and it will link you to a
demo in my current employer's distribution which is straightforward to
work with.
OAuth2 can be quite involved so working with it requires a good bit of
the home preparation

i have gone through the documentation
<http://cxf.apache.org/docs/jax-rs-oauth2.html> and the example
<https://github.com/Talend/tesb-rt-se/tree/master/examples/cxf/jaxrs-oauth2>
but not able to understand as the example is little complicated for me.
