I added configuration options for the various CXF features for the
CXF-server/client generator for Swagger-Codegen:
*) LoggingInterceptors
*) GzipInterceptors
*) BeanValidationFeature/Interceptors
*) SwaggerFeature (server)
*) WadlGenerator (server)
*) Spring-configuration (XML based) (server)
*) Spring-Boot configuration (server - for launching using Spring Boot +
integration tests)
