Do you have an
org.apache.cxf.fediz.service.idp.service.jpa.ApplicationEntity instance in
your webapps/fediz-idp/WEB-INF/classes/entities-realma.xml with realm
"urn:org:apache:cxf:fediz:fedizhelloworld"?
