Lara,

All releases of Daffodil have been converging towards implementing that
specification. That specification is a cleanup of the prior "draft spec"
version.

Of the DFDL implementations that exist, Daffodil is closest to fully
implementing that specification. Version 3.3.0 is the newest and most
complete.

That said. there are some features of that spec that are still
unimplemented, and there are bugs in some features.

This page is about unimplemented features
https://daffodil.apache.org/unsupported/

Our bugs (and tickets for features not yet implemented) are here:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/projects/DAFFODIL/issues

I know that this isn't the cleanest answer, but it is what we have.

In an ideal world we'd have an HTML version of the DFDL spec which has
warning highlighting around the DFDL features that are not supported or
which have known bugs. Maybe someday someone will contribute that.
