Hey Lara,

We have a Java example of how to use Daffodil with the open source Exificient
library here:

https://github.com/OpenDFDL/examples

Just take a look at the "helloWorldExificient" project.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Josh

Subject: Java API example for EXI

Hi – I’d like to investigate Daffodil’s EXI capability. Is there a Java
example of parse/unparsed for an EXI infoset? The Daffodil 3.4.0 release notes
suggest using SAXInfosetInputter/SAXInfosetOutputter with Exificient. Those
classes don’t appear to exit in the Java API as best I can tell (looking at
Daffodil 3.5.0).

An example of how to parse/unparse EXI via the Java interface would be helpful.

Thanks,

Lara
