Well, or wait another half a year (or so, don't nail me down on this, but it most probably will be much less than a year) until OOo 2.0 is out. Or, if you insist on working with a distributor-provided version, ask your distributor to include this particular fix in the next own 1.1.x update :) No offense intended, just wanted to point out that there's more than this ... > If you find the fix you made for 1.1.x, please consider tossing it > on the pile for the next bugfix release. Sorry, but the *decision* to fix issues in an dot-dot-release is far beyond my responsibility. And seriously, this concrete issue is nothing I could argue - there are much more serious issues still unfixed. There are very good reasons for having high barriers for 1.1.x, and this issue here doesn't jump over the barrier.
