Sometimes (I noticed this problem some months ago) I "loose" my forms from .odb file. I do not see them until I close OOo and run it again. Closing and opening just .odb file does not help. Similar problem is with querries too. If happens with odbc driven or embedded databases.
Today I noticed "loosing" icons in menus when editing reports. Some of them are not visible when opening report for editing. I can see them again after I move mouse above them.
