Hi,

On Windows it's possible to start base (wizard) using the start-button or right-clicking the Quickstarter.

q1: Why is base not in the context menu?

seems that you found a bug :-) Could please file an issue for this one.

q2: How to start base without the wizard?

Why do you need to start base without the wizard?

I want to enter/view etc. the data in my OOo-database. So I want to open Base and open the document using File > Open ... or File > Recent Documents ...

But at the moment it seems impossible to open Base directly. So I have to open Writer and use File > Recent Documents to open the database I was working on the other day.

I know I can go to the database directly by clicking on the .odb-file. And I know how to open a recently used file from the start-button.
