After an upgrade from Fedora Core 3 to Fedora Core 4, we realized that the OpenOffice suite on a Linux workstation used for maintaining business information in a MySQL database had the production 1.0.x version replaced with a 2.x beta version of OOO. As a result, all of the documents used to enter and view data now come up empty, and the tools we used to have to configure the database connections behind these documents no longer appear to be available. I realize that the OOO team probably had nothing to do with the very odd decision to switch to a beta version of the major productivity suite packaged with a widely used Linux distro, but I was hoping I could get some clues about how to unbreak things. It doesn't even seem as if I can get to the old form definitions to see how they were set up so we can try and reproduce things like lookup strings for foreign keys to related tables on the forms. Any hints would be gratefully appreciated.

Thanks!
