This is a known issue of the Basic runtime in 118, it happens all the time when you access some Basic code/module. The fact the it happens when you finish the form wizard, and the the error message is also about a FormWizard, is purely coincidental. However, it would be very intersting to know why the message appears in this situation - no Basic runtime should be involved there. Will investigate, but you can safely ignore the error message.
