Now that you mention it, yes, but how ? If I select a control, and then
press Ctrl-A, nothing happens. If I just click on my page, and press
Ctrl-A, I select the whole page, but not the controls.

The only way around this problem I've found so far is to select the
pointer tool in the forms toolbar, and draw an area corresponding to the
whole area covered by the controls I want to change and then select the
font. The problem with this approach is that it appears impossible to
draw a selection zone that goes beyond the margins of the page of the
form. If you have controls with text labels that overlap the margins,
like I have, you can not select them with this tool, and thus there
properties can not be changed via this method.

BTW, this is with 1.1.4, I haven't tried with 2.0, so I may be shooting
myself in the foot.
