see issue 57151), maybe not. In this case, no, sadly there's no way.
No, Insert/File is not possible. You cannot make an empty report because
you can only use the wizard. The SQLs in the hidden controls are
different, the connection to the database table are different. The old
report uses "service:com.sun.star.wizards.report.CallReportWizard?fill",
how the new wizard works, I don't know.
