Start with a Base document open. Right click on the form that you want to modify and choose edit. Use View | Toolsbars | Form Design to open the form design tool bar. There is a check mark next to it if it is visible. On this tool bar, there is an icon for a form navigator. Move the cursor over them. This icon has a form with a little compas on it.
