[dba-users] editing and adding tables after saving

Hi,

I'm new to OODbase and have what I hope is a simple question.   I've created a new DB and added some tables.  However, after I save the project and then reopen it I am no longer able to edit the existing tables, i.e., add new fields or change field types, etc.,  nor am I able to create new tables.  The tasks "Create table in Design View" and "User Wizard to Create Table" are both greyed out.  Similarly, the "design tables" option under "Insert" is greyed out.   Is this an issue with permissions, am I failing to select something?

Any assistance would be most appreciated.
