That may be, but it does concern Base, and there are already a few test
scripts available in the testtool at the moment for putting Base through
its paces. However, these tests only seem to relate to really basic
functionality, like actually creating a new db, giving it a new name,
adding a few tables, etc, nothing that seems to be "real world" enough
to our liking, The lack thereof has provoked the French n-l qa volunteer
group into starting writing some up, the aim being eventually to get
them to run within the testtool environment. At the moment, these tests
are manually carried out, I mean, steps are written down and manually
executed by the user to test the functionality. I don't have the link
right now as to where these descriptions have been placed, but I could
probably dig it out. We're still very much in early stages yet., and we
were actually waiting to broadcast what we were doing until we had
something a bit more solid to go on and give to the other n-l
communities for translation.
