Now that I have installed OO 2.0.1 under Suse 9.3, I decided to create a
database and play with it, as I am a Foxpro/DOS user primarily.

I created the table, and saved it. The program promply closed. I waited for
about a minute, as last time it too a bit to start the table creating, that I
had checked.

I restarted OO base from the suse menu, attempted to open the database, but
there was nothing under 'recent' tables, yet when I clicked to open, my db
showed up in the list (only 1). I had clicked on 'register' with OO (no
help in this window to explain 'register' while I am making this decision.

Now for the real issue: I select some fields (transactions), clicked next to
edit/add the fields, and started editing. When I edited a field (type,
length, etc.) , after I left that field and went to another, the previous
field returned to its defaults (type, length, etc.)

Thoughts?
