Hi Louis,
THis is the second time that I've been unable to read one of your e-
mails on these lists in recent days with Thunderbird, which shows
up as blank in the body pane, and will not automatically set the
"read" flag. When I looked into the message source, I see that it
was sent with the Apple Mail MUA, and that it was signed with a
PKCS7 key. I have seen this problem with Apple Mail before (we have
a few Macs at work), whereby certain mail attachments make the
whole mail unreadable to others. I don't know whether it is a mime
boundary problem or a virus scanner header injection problem.
Hm. It was a forwarded message. Thanks for the tip, though am not
sure whose client is at fault. My guess it's my proprietary one. :-
( (/me wishes he could use thunderbird happily all the time.)
The archives has the message: http://dba.openoffice.org/servlets/
ReadMsg?list=users&msgNo=3269
or, as my client breaks long urls, too,
http://tinyurl.com/pg5uc
Cheers,
Louis
