This shouldn't be necessary, the needed MAPI libs are part of the Windows installation, nonetheless (AFAIK). I don't have an idea what causes this, and I can't make you much hope for a quick solution, but I'd nonetheless ask you to submit this in IssueZilla, so it doesn't get lost.
