In the first instance, to OOo, i.e. simply submit an issue in IZ.
Finally, we'll redirect this to the HSQLDB team, since changes of this
extent are unlikely to be done by us occasional-HSQL-developers. But
nonetheless it's a feature you're requesting from OOo, so OOo's IZ is a
good start.
