There was exactly one regression (I know of, and, well, in modules other
than Base itself):
A QiQ-related fix in the framework code (dealing with toolbars, menus
and the like) caused Impress to misbehave in that for some icons, the
"pressed" state was not shown correctly. (I want to emphasize here that
this is due to Impress making use of the internal, undocumented, broken
old implementation in the framework :)

So, the change in the framework has been reverted, to fix Impress; a
workaround in Base has been added, to behave as before the reversal; and
a new issue has been submitted to fix the flawed Impress code.

The reversal took place in both the OOD branch (going to be 2.0.4) and
the SRC trunk (continueing to be dev snapshot).
