I tried to add form elements to spreadsheet, but I couldn't found how
can I assign form element to certain Calc cell. As soon as I chose Data
field in Form controls, Linked cell field become grey and I can't write
anything there and vice versa - when I enter linked cell, Data field
become unavailable.

AFAIK, it is not possible to use the fields from the fields dialog
(Ctrl-F2) or to drag them from the datasource window (F4) like in Writer.
What i's possible, is using the controls from the Control Toolbar.
The principle:
When a control is placed in the sheet, you can connect the form
(button properties from the toolbar) to the datasource. Then set the
properties of the control.
Finaly, when design mode is turned off, the toolbar Form Navigation is
there to help finding the right data.
