Sounds like a bug, a list box is expected to refresh with the form being
reloaded. (There's also an RFE requesting a more explicit refresh
option, which would not affect the whole form, but only the control.)
Do you mind submitting an issue with a sample document?

uhm... might be user error... I simplified my database this morning and
tried again. I used the Data Sources window and explicitly SAVED THE
RECORD, closed the Data sources window and then refreshed my form... and
there the data was. Again, I'll have to test more in about 12 hours.
