[dba-users] connecting to a data source

I recently created my first data base: five tables (imported via Calc) 
and a first query. I opened the file several times and accessed the 
tables without problem, but now everything seems locked.
Error message: The connection to the data source "..." could not be 
established.
Any suggestion, please.
