No official one, no. The inofficial one is in the Documents and Files
section, you already know it.

You should update it to the versions mentioned in the issue, if you're
building yourself.

Because at that time, we thought this issue only affects HSQLDB with
connection pooling turned on (where it is off by default). Turned out it
was more than this, but this wasn't known at 2.2 times.
