I can run existing reports, created with the designer, but I get no data.
Try to edit any of those reports or create a new one - blam office crashes.
This seems to be true with both the oxt file from the extensions site and
with the earlier file from the dba projects web page. So the anomaly may be
in the 2.3m_225 code and not the extension itself?
One other item, both of these files show the same version number for the
extension - I thought this should have changed.
Anyway, if either of you would like to open an issue for this please do.
I'll check on that in the morning and if I don't see one I will go ahead and
open one myself.

appears to be working. This on Win XP - as I write this I am downloading
m_225 also for XP and see if it breaks.
