I checked out the bug report - thanks.
Anomaly - repeat section works under grouping, but if you have a Report
Header the group and detail sections are gone from the first page if you
use Repeat Section.

I know it's there, I tested it the other day - just don't recall the
Issue
number.
Anyway, you can generate a group based on a constant value, then enter
labels into the group header.
It will repeat onto the top of a page, if the detail section breaks
pages.
Not sure that is what you want - but it might help.
