Well, the answer of course is 42, but in this particular case, your answer is also right ... 45184 was about not being able at all to execute macros in forms, the current issue is that it won't work the first time. More precise, it won't work unless the TDOC UCP is already started up when the document is opened. For example, go to OOo's own file open dialog, enter "vnd.sun.star.tdoc:/", press OK (this will give you a neat possibility to browse open document's storages - knew this cool feature?). Then cancel the dialog, and open the embedded form - this will now succeed, since the TDOC UCP has already been started.
