I am using open office 2.3, using windows. I am trying to create a
report
from a query (very simple) in base. It has two columns, headed: title
and
status and should reveal the titles of works which have the status
'marketable'. Under title I have a list of 'marketable' and under
status I
have 'ut visi etc'. I have since reinstalled open office and created
valid
reports from new databases, but this one still doesn't work.

Well I can reproduce it. First time I tried it didn't happen, but I
used the column names Title and Status - as soon as I switched to
title and status, it is just as described. It is also, it seems
exactly what is described in Issue #59204, although with different
column names.
So, try renaming your columns for the report. My guess is the problem
will go away.

OK- I should be more precise here. If I use the database from Issue
59204 and I create a table with the columns named title and status, then
the report wizard creates a report with the data as described by
Elizabeth. The description in the Issue is not exactly the same, just
the use of certain column names causing a problem is the same.
If I use a database created with 2.3 m233 it also acts the same. In fact
just tried it again, and this time it does not matter is the columns are
Title and Status, still have the problem now.
